The upper one is the one I sent you for calculation. Bottom one is the one I just rechecked and corrected(modified), and there are formula

if you click the cells. I corrected AOB(=.05*6*113.36). I put "c" under the correct estimation what I formatted. But the ones that I am not sure

marked *1, *2, etc…

? Income result is not sure because of the several uncertain factors. PB: I think I placed right place... I corrected TDB and UB. I don't know

how will the PBS different from Matching PB and Fast Start. I hope it gets better for the associates...  So you think all the numbers and

placements are correct except the ones(TDB,UB,AOB,PB) you indicated?  We can recheck the LdB of PPD, PVB or GAPO or Generational

B. Please recheck the placement of PB.                                                                                                                                                                                          

*1(Leadership Star Bonus): I put PD's LdSB as $15 times, not $10 times

*2(Team Development Bonus): I think I did correctly.........                                                                                                                                                                                     

*3(Leadership Development Bonus): I haven't gone to PPD level yet. I just heard that there's $18,000 LDB for PPD....So I put $18,000             

*4(Primary Volume Bonus) is somewhat tricky one....So I left it blank....

PB:Power Bonus                                   I believe your Power Bonus is earned in the wrong BP, it should be in BP 2

LdB:Leadership Development Bonus

GAPO:Group Actual Payout(Primary Bonus)                    May want to recheck these numbers as they would change once you start cutting leaders.

Gen:Generation Bonus                           you would also start to receive generation bonus’s once leaders start to cut on your  Primary.

 

Do I miss any?

You provided an excellent starting point on explaining the compensation plan.  Let me run through what you have provided, and I will see if there are you discrepancies.  The Auto Order Bonus is 5 % on the subtotal only if the Enroller is a Regional Director or above.
